FAQ

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, and we will send a mutual one the same day you ask — before you share anything confidential, not after.

What is the smallest engagement you take on?

A discovery sprint: two to five days, fixed fee. If the problem turns out not to need us further, the architecture note is still yours to use.

Do you work in our repository or yours?

Yours, wherever possible — your accounts, your branch protection, your engineers reviewing pull requests. If we hold the keys, the handover plan is written before we start.

Do you do fixed-price work, or only time and materials?

Both. Discovery sprints are fixed fee. Delivery pods run monthly against a backlog. Fixed-scope projects are quoted once the discovery sprint has defined the scope well enough to price.

What if we are not a good fit?

We say so in the first written reply, not after a sales process. A forty-person staff-augmentation contract, for instance, is not something we are good at, and we will tell you that directly.

Why do the case studies not name clients?

Most of our work is delivered under NDA or as a white-label partner to another firm. We would rather show the real constraint and the real mistake than a named logo with the substance filed off. Happy to walk through specifics under NDA on a call.
